The Company makes no claim or representation that archival of my written works within the website will prevent infringement by any third party that I myself may have inadvertently or purposely exposed my written works to. Company provides only a safety method of archival to establish a time and date of proof-of-creation of any written material submitted to the website.

I understand and agree that it is my sole responsibility to retain my own original copy of material submitted. Only upon formal written request by a legal representative, arbitration panel, or court order will the material be released in copy from our database with original registration record, as to not compromise the integrity of our service and negate the admissibility of the writers work as a piece of evidence in any legal dispute or arbitration process needing to establish the most likely date of creation.

As a member of CreatorsVault.com I understand that I may receive direct information from Company in the form of a company newsletter or other industry related items. Company will not release, trade or sell my email address or registration information to any third party.

I understand that within an industry of organized creative forces, it is common for multiple entities to create similar or identical concepts, stories, scripts or other intellectual properties at the same or different times. I understand and agree that the Company is in no way responsible for or in knowledge of the contents of any material submitted for archival.

Mediation/Arbitration

The Company and Member agree to first attempt a mediation of any dispute covered by this Agreement. Mediation is a non-binding process allowing the parties to resolve claims without extensive cost, time and emotion. This mediation shall be conducted pursuant to the Rules and Procedures of the American Arbitration Association for the resolution of disputes, or as otherwise stipulated by the parties.

The parties agree to make a good faith effort at mediating any dispute prior to filing a claim for arbitration. The parties agree that all references to the "Company" in this Agreement shall include all of its subsidiary and affiliated entities, including all former, current and future officers, directors and employees of all such entities, in their capacity as such or otherwise; all benefit plans and their sponsors, fiduciaries, administrators, affiliates and agents, in their capacity as such and otherwise; and all successors and assigns of any of them.

Rights - Please understand that by agreeing to this, Company and Member waive any right that it, he or she may possess to have disputes litigated in a court or by jury trial.

Statute of Limitations - Any claim governed by this Agreement shall be filed no later than 30 days from the date of discovery.

Location of Arbitration - The parties agree that any dispute shall be held in Los Angeles, CA. or proximity to location of tell-a-vision ventures, Inc. state recorded business address.

Representation - Each party may be represented by an attorney at any mediation or arbitration covered by this Agreement.

Term, Modification, and Revocation - This Agreement can be modified or revoked any time by an executive officer of the Company that references this Agreement and specifically states an intent to modify or revoke this Agreement.

Privacy Company acknowledges it receives personal information when you register with its service. When you register you are asked for information such as your name, email address, zip code, social security number, phone number, etc. Company also records IP Addresses during the registration process for marking of registrant and unique identification supporting our service.

Company does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or entities, when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances:

We respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims.

We transfer information about you if Company is acquired by or merged with another company.

Refund/Chargeback policy : Once your CV Certificate is emailed to you, establishing your archival and proof-of-creation for your work, there will be no refund. Chargebacks by your financial institution will be disputed and reversed with electronic proof of use of Company's service. An additional $25 reversal fee will be force-charged to your account in the event of any chargeback reversal acceptance.

Upon registration and submission of material to Company website "CreatorsVault.com" I understand that I am fully bound and obligated to the terms of this agreement.
